BetGiant is an AI-powered football analytics platform that provides match simulations, statistical predictions, and betting insights for entertainment and informational purposes only. We do not operate as a bookmaker or gambling operator. No content on BetGiant constitutes financial, legal, or gambling advice.

4. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately at support@betgiant.ai of any unauthorised use of your account.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts are not permitted.

5. Credits and Payments

• Credits are used to run AI match simulations. Credits are non-refundable once used.
• Purchased credits do not expire but are tied to your account and are non-transferable.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. BetGiant does not store payment card details.
• We reserve the right to change credit package pricing at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our AI models or data.
• Automate access to the Service without our prior written consent.
• Misrepresent BetGiant predictions as guaranteed outcomes.
• Resell or commercially distribute our predictions or content without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, AI models, and software on BetGiant are the property of BetGiant Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetGiant shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any losses incurred from acting on our predictions or simulations. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that we deem harmful to the Service or other users. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@betgiant.ai.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
